Heartbeat Ai started in 2016 with a founding team in Toronto and a software development office in Central Asia.  Our flagship product has been recognized by numerous technology and data awards in Canada and abroad, including 2016 Winner of Insight Innovation Exchange (IIeX) for Best Market Research Startup (Amsterdam), 2017 Top SheEO Venture (Canada) and 2019 Big Data Marketing Award (Canada).

In 2018, we launched our powerful HX Platform and API, and expanded into new sectors: employee experience, healthcare and citizens experience. We also doubled our team.

Today, we’re growing organically while still focusing on science and having fun building cool stuff.
